Anyone know the time that the e-shop updates?

Metroid Prime Trilogy is supposed to be coming out today on e-shop, does anyone know when the shop usually refreshes/updates? I'd like to get it ASAP. :D

I'm not sure when the shop updates, but since the game has already been out for a while I'm just going to lock this.
