Anyone in the 626?

I live in Pasadena, CA, but I go to school in Traverse City, MI. :/ When I come home for summer break, I'm gonna need to find good people to Smash with or I'm going to go insane. I'm a Marth main, Mario and Young Link secondary. I'm been 4 stocking my friends for 2 years, and you kind of get bored of it after a while. I've been following the community for about a year and a half. Please oh please show me how to get out to a tourney, cause this game's no fun if there's no one to play it with. -Evan Roberts, Inty

If I'm not mistaken, the 3rd installment of the smash series does not have Young Link on its character roster

Haha can you direct me to that 626 thread, cause I suck at this website... And yeah I play Melee and 64. I have about 2 or 3 friends who are good at melee, and a friend who spams dair and utilt with kirby in 64, but thats about it. I wanna be a Mario main I think, but low tiers are a process... lol

For future reference, the 626 thread is in the pac west boards, whereas this thread is in the pac west social boards. Also, are you in pasadena right now.....? I'm just assuming you are in town since you considered going to mikehaze's tourney two days ago. It's nice to have a marth player in our area, lol we have like zero marths around <.<

Yeah, I'm not here. I go to an arts boarding school in Michigan. I've kinda brought smash here, and i've gotten a following of about 9 or 10 people, and we play regularly. And who's around 626? Where do you guys play?

if you're talking about active players in the 626 area, it's on the thread i linked dude, you should check that out.. also, i guess all further chat should be in that thread, wouldn't want to have two 626 threads

we normally play at my apartment, near caltech/pcc, where i normally have between 2 and 8 people. and, pasadena's awesome since almost all the socal tournies are within an hour drive from here.

That's literally a 3 minute drive from my house. I live 3 houses from the east entrance to the Huntington Gardens. Didn't know there was smash that close... i feel ********. And yeah, I checked out the 626 thread. I look forward to playing everybody.
