Anybody know where to get 3DSMAX '08?

I would like to start learning to texture hack using the new method. Yet nobody tells me where I can actually get the danged thing. I also am in need of a hex editor and the Auto-Polygon Deleter.

Granted few people seem to actually have 3DSMAX, but where do they get it?

It's 3DS Max 8, not 2008. And there should be a link to a trial version on Mariokart64n's thread...
