In the forums the black background on white text gave me eyestrain. This User Style fixes that by changing the color scheme to plain black text on a simple white background and unobtrusive light grey borders as eye lines. I also have made an attempt at ad blocking, but I'm not sure if I succeeded 100% at that.

NOTES:

• you need the Stylish add-on for Firefox, the Stylish add-on for SeaMonkey, or the Stylish extension for Google Chrome to use this.
• I have not yet added support for the bbCode [color] tag.

This is my first user style, so please tell me if there are bugs that I missed and/or any suggestions for future versions.

Honestly for me black text on white background bothers me more lol

Yeah, I find light backgrounds annoying.

I much prefer it like this. XP

Although for me it's white text on a gradient blue background.

Darker text on lighter backgrounds are usually worse for your eyes.

I don't really like the background color how it is. I think it would be better if it was not black. Something a little lighter, like a dark blue or something.

Yeah, a darker background with lighter text doesn't strain the eyes as much...and it also saves electricity, believe it or not. (I learned this from Blackle: the energy efficient Google)
