Any tips for Fox?

I have planning to main for Sm4sh lately.
So does anyone have some tips/advice for Fox?

In all honesty, he's a bit harder to preform well with than a lot of characters. He relies on strong fundamentals as well as fast reactions and a swift mix-up game. He excels in neutral, and has a lot of potential when it comes to the advantage state, yet doesn't have very many "true" strings. Fox requires a lot of practice, a lot of patience, and a lot of dedication. I think he's an awesome character, but he isn't someone you can just pick up and do amazing things with. Best of luck

Two vastly different messages there, haha.

The thing that helped me out with starting Fox, was learning to control his movement:

- He's a fast faller in the air
- He has an incredibly fast walk/run
- He's very light
- You need to be proficient in short hopping
- His recovery off stage is quite linear, and you need to learn to mix it up as best you can

Like mentioned above, he doesn't really have any true combos, however you can string Fox's moves together with some practice.
