Any other place to play friendlies with people

Is there any other way to do so besides going to locals. I couldn’t go to my first local this week and I really wanna play offline, any way to do so ?

The only other way to play people without going online or going to locals is to play against friends, but you’re better off playing online. With online, those people actually play the game competitively like you, and it’s better to learn to play against them rather than being offline practicing with 20xx CPU’s.
