Any good pro analyses of Sheik vs Spacies?

I struggle a lot with the neutral game, especially against space animals. Problem is when I try to analyze videos I have no idea what I'm looking for and why the move the way they do; to me it basically looks like two characters dash dancing and then running in and getting a hit, sometimes after a whiff. Obviously when I try anything like that I get bodied.

So anyone know if someone like Tafokints has done a video analysis of a sheik vs spacies set? Thanks

Probably the best resource might be tafokint's series "zero to hero" where he gives general advice to and analyzes sets by a new sheik player.
