Any good content hack?

All I ever see are hacks trying desperately to make Brawl like Melee, meaning the majority of changes are mechanical. Are there any full, quality mods of Brawl which only add content (stages, characters/costumes, etc.)?

There are no mods that do that as that stuff is purely aesthetic. You are supposed to customize stuff yourself.

And that was an unnecessary insult towards the moveset-based projects.

OP: you're getting into the altogether subjective territory of what people like...at the most you'll find packs of textures, but if you want to do anything of that sort you'll probably have to gather everything yourself
