Any Characters that don't need a lot of technical skill?

I'm not so great at the technical part of smash bros but better at other aspects, and I was wondering if there was a character out there that didn't require a lot of technical skill to be good with.

Lots of them. Mario, mk, link, pit, Marth, and most characters in this game, to be real. If you play the game, you'd see that .-. Most characters are very basic and fundamentals will take you far with them.

She's better than Bowser, and possibly ICs. People just already know the matchup, so they're less likely to get janked out by her.

Puff is a great character that suffers from this games OP recoveries.

But yeah. She is very lacking in tech skill. She is all about the spacing and carrying off the stage.

wavedashing OOS seems pretty important to be a snake player. Pro does this a lot and is probably why he seems so much faster than everyone else
