Claus. If you don't know who that is, go look up the official Claus support thread and learn to love him. Your motivation for learning about him shall be knowing this: He has a thunder sword, a canon for an arm, PSI powers, and mechanical wings. If that doesn't interest you, go to hell.

Micaiah is a close second though.

Toejam and Earl. Like Pokemon Trainer but both are on screen at the same time and you switch between which one to control. No differences except Earl would be heavier/stronger and toejam would be faster etc.

UpB - Get funky - the pair brandish a boombox lolling all other nearby fighters into uncontrolable funky dancing. similar to sing.
ForwardB - Rocket Skates
UpB - Spring Boots. Remain on for short preiod of time after.
B (charge) - Funk Bomb
The creepy dentist guy or annoying trolley dudes for AT's.

It'd never happen though.

Nicknamed 'Boony', the stocky, moustached batsman became something of a cult figure for his colourful character.
Boon achieved much fame and notoriety for consuming 52 cans of beer on a flight from Sydney to London before the victorious 1989 Ashes tour that saw Australia regain the trophy after five years of English dominance; the previous record had been held by Rod Marsh, who it is believed consumed 45 cans, although there is conjecture as to whether Marsh actually finished can #45, and some believe his attempt only equalled the record of 44 cans set by Doug Walters.

Another passionate report of said record claims Boon finished 54 drinks totalling around 19.5 litres of beverages @ 5% alcohol (per 375ml serve), the majority of which consumed at such an altitude that the effects of the alcohol were doubled.

Boon is often jokingly referred to as the "Keg on Legs" because of his legendary drinking exploits and dogged, iconoclastic batting displays. He is a unique interview guest, often giving short, clipped, amiable answers to every question.



MOVESET:

Neutral B: Cover Drive (Bats a cricket ball forward, bounces)

Side B: Boundary Smash (HUGE bat swing, massive knockback but Boony barely moves)

Up B: Moustache Helicopter (the famous moustache rotates rapidly, giving limited recovery)

Down B: VB toss (Boony throws an empty tinnie, a la Diddy's Banana - causes stun and small Damage over time if hit by multiple)


Taunts:

1. Boony takes a hearty drink of his trusty VB tinny
2. Boony emits a loud belch
3. Boony plays with his luxurious moustache

Black Mage!

I'd go with Black Mage from Final Fantasy:

UpB: Thunder, could be kind of like pikachu's thunder attack except striking a random spot on screen
SmashB: Ice, a small blast of ice surrounding the mage
NeutralB: Fire, similar to mario's fire balls except it would be a short beam of straight shooting fire
DownB: Quake, a small earth attack similar to donkey kong's ground pound thingy

Final Smash: Scourge, clouds of poison could sprout up damaging all enemies

But I would pick Inuyasha.
