Any Balanced Brawl Tourneys?

Ive looked everywhere I can think of and All I see is Brawl and Brawl+. Is there any hope?

There is hope for the future, but not the present. Several top players have openly showed interest in improving and spreading BBrawl, but it hasn't truly caught on yet. When the 2nd version comes out is a month or two, we will make a big push to advertise it and get it known. For now, just keep telling people about it and look to the future.

I dont see bbrawl being taken to seriously atleast with tournaments its to similar to vBrawl but we've already learned so much with vBrawl and for Brawl+ well it changes up everything and makes it more competitive but BBrawl does not. I'd like to see one but I doubt id enter.

Well Brawl+ and BBrawl have a key difference in philosophy. BBrawl is based on the assumption that you like regular old Brawl just fine. We are just offering a slightly improved version of it. Brawl+ is a whole new game based on regular Brawl not being good enough.

BBrawl, in other words, is just what it says it is "Balanced" Brawl.

its essentially making all the brawl characters on a level playing field, without making stupidly drastic changes that overall make some characters silly (and make falcon worse...)

unfortunately with a mindset nationwide of, "no i don't care, hacks suck, long live texture hacks blah blah"

the community like this doesn't like to see changes and crap, they just hate it

so it's gonna be very hard to even push things like this out on a nationwide scale
