another pokemon evolve and catch

ok i know there are the evoltions of electrabuzz (electrawire) and megaton (don't know the name) how do i evole thouse + i have almost all the rares sept for 2 that one with the moon head (going to catch it soon) and Chaos or whats his name how do you get Chaos or whatever

(side note he is the 3rd runaway pokemon)

You can get Electivire by trading an Electabuzz who holds an Elctrizer.
You can get Magmortar by trading a Magmar who holds a Magmarizer.
Level up Magneton on Mt. Corronet.

Lunatone can be found in a bunch of different areas.

There is no third runaway pokemon named Chaos.
