Annoying Electricity Noise

Hey, i'm not sure if this is because some mods I installed or something but every time a eletric move is used it makes this really annoying eletricity sound. Either it be one of pikachu's moves or fox's reflector it makes the noise.

Does anyone know what causes it or how to fix it?

The best way to check if it it cause by mods you've installed is to back up your build and then install the official PM build instead.

Then. once you know it's a mod causing the issue, install your mods one at a time until you find the culprit.
