Now, last year, Acen had a tournament for SSBM. It started late and I didn't stick around for it, but instead did some friendlies, but it happened. I'm assuming they'll do it again this year, and am looking forward to that. Anyone else going to Anime Central this year?

I went. The tournament ran for like 8 hours (was supposed to start at 11, but because of computer difficulties it didn't start till after 12, and didn't finish till about 8!), so I missed pretty much everything else the con had to offer that day... but the matches were fun, and all my opponents were really cool people.

You forgot to mention you took 3rd, sweetie.

I took 4th, but it's all good! ^_^ I enjoyed playing the only guy who beat me (twice. It was double elimination. Effed up). I really wanted to play Blueblur. That looked like fun.

Now that the tourney's over, I can officially say I'm scared of trying next year. Not for the competition, though. I did badly, but I screwed up. I'm better than that. What I'm scared about is winning by being there, and nothing more. XD

But yeah, that was fun when there was a game. Wanted to try out Blueblur myself, but never got to. Jher taking out Q was amazing though. Suicides to lose by a mere second. ^_^

Definitely had a great time at ACen this year. The competition was probably the only reason I was able to even survive the day at all. No sleep or food for 24 hours does that.

Perhaps one of these days we can hang out to play each other. I'd hate to wait until next year at ACen to play any of you again.

I wonder how much longer it may have went if no one helped that guy running it.

I was there trying to get some casual games in, but they were really serious about their tourneyment and wouldn't let anyone play if they weren't signed up ( even if nobody was playing the gamecube i wanted to use ) Too much waiting for me so i just decided to destroy people at king of fighters 11 since there were so few people playing that game.

Elana and I do most of if not all of our smashing at her house in Des Plaines. Senda PM sometime if you ever wanna arrange a time. ^_^

I don't think I ever got the chance to play your Ganondorf, but I really wanted to. Looked like it would have been fun. ^_^

Well, I'll definately be there next year. If you're there, I'll keep an eye out. And I'll definately be trying to find Elmo too. And Jher. And Zero. And Pika. And others I haven't mentioned/forgot about. XD
