Have you ever been FSed by someone and then the animations for effects (slash, landing, etc.) slow down? For example go to training mode as Ike and go against Ice Climbers. Increase NPC count to 3, then use Great Aether on them all. after it is over, use quick draw on them. See how slow the "POW" comes out? plz upload a vid showing this.

Animation slow-down glitch?
