The symbol after the line is the same and i think it probably means use on so an animal crossing character is probably confirmed although it might just be restricting its use to magic using characters.

Animal Crossing Guy FTW. (I hope he's actually called that) It only suggests him though, I think it could be used by Zelda and maybe any other magic users. AC characters don't use magic (unless Katrina is playable o.0
