Am I in the absolute worst spot in the US for smash?

I live in central PA and for the life of me I cannot find a single tourney anywhere. I've only been to one and it was in a pretty good spot, state college, but they never did another one since. All tournaments are really far away and not worth going to at all. And even if I were to go to them they are few and far between anyway. I've checked multiple facebook pages for around this area and they are all out of state or like 4 hours away. Am I just in the worst spot for smash?

Also I was looking at the list here and half of the groups are closed and the other ones either only have one game which I don't play or are like 3 hours away.

no you just are not lucky. try looking for tournaments in the west

Not really Central but I found a monthly tournament series in Shippensburg, PA. Might be closer to you than other stuff?
