Smash 3DS Alternate to heavy gravity with equipment?

Smooth lander heavy gravity is fine and all, but it isn't an option on the 3ds.

I'm sure that there is a piece of equipment that can solve this problem. I can't remember witch one is is though.
If any of you know it would be a huge help to the 3ds side of the SLHG community.

There's a bonus effect called Anchor Jump, which multiplies your fighter's falling speed 1.4x. It also multiplies your fighter's gravity 1.4x.

However, Anchor Jump is a very rare bonus effect to acquire, as the bonus effect is negative and quite strong, deducting 43 points from the negative value.
