alt throws practice

i'm having a loooot of trouble with them
how do you suggest practicing them??
so far i can only do like two f-throws in a row and a back throw but THATS IT..
what do i do to get better?!! please help!!

U guys have 2 start making this same topic.
Search the forums next time, this has been discussed aplenty of times.

Anyway, a quick tip is, u must CG faster on light characters, and slower on heavier ones.
