Almost done! Can someone help me hit over 3280ft with Meta Knight in HRC?

I made it a personal goal to be able to do the "Hit it 3280ft with any character" challenge with every character in the game.
I fiiiinally just got R.O.B. done and now all I have left is Meta Knight. I simply can't figure anything good out with him.
Even you know a strat that is super hard, I'll practice the hell out of it haha.

Can anyone help me cross this final bridge?
