Hey peeps, (Lock and Zero My Stock if not allowed)

Earlier this week, my friend spotted that Amazon UK stopped taking pre-orders and cancelled his adapters due to an apparent "delay". I thought nothing of it. But then recently I noticed a few of UK retailers spouting similar stories. Putting dates of May 2019 or earlier. And Nintendo UK's store no longer has them on the we

But then the killer was another of my friends posted on a Discord I am part of that his Nintendo UK store order for Adapters had been delayed to May 2019 due to Production Issues. This is a big uh-oh as it could be a worldwide issue. Stock issues is one thing but Production Issues tend to source from the same place. Which means this could be Worldwide as well.

Anywho, that's the warning. So prepare for your UK pre-orders to get bumpy.

EDIT: Well there it is! http://www.nintendolife.com/news/2018/11/nintendo_switch_gamecube_adapter_delayed_until_may_2019

Woah, really? Good thing I don't need it, but it's really unfortunate for those who bought it. Wish they gave us the reason why 'cos that delay is ridiculous.

This may lead to issues with scalpers price gouging the adapters to buyers in Europe. I feel like someone should be able to get adapters sent out to the European Market at reasonable price points.

Personally, I don’t think I’ll be able to do so myself, and instinctually I would want to hustle the adapters for a profit, hence why I’m not going to volunteer. But if there’s anything us players can do, reach out to us.
