gah, been for ever since i posted in here o.o

ok so i kinda felt like posting since my university is having a "smash tournament" if you can call it that >.>

and it reminded me that there actually are smashers in alaska o.o

I gotta road trip down to you guys one of these days for a smash fest or something, its killin me just having horribly bad people to play against.

I'm sure you'll find it's not all that different in Anchorage.

Blazblue is a totally different thingie though. A lot of talented, smart, driven Blaz players up here, if you're interested.

I'm kinda known as the gateway drug for Blaz, see, and I'm always on the lookout for more potential hardcore Blaz players.

Check of Alaska Gamers if you're looking to hardcorify yourself into Blaz.

But only if you'll get anywhere. I don't want my nice collection of S tier players sullied by some B Team garbage.

Heres who I have recruited so far-

A SICK Bang player.
Another great Bang player.
Yet another god tier Bang.
One Nasty Tager.
One BEASTLY Tager.
A 720 Tager. But aren't they all?
A Hakuman from HELL.
A crazy Arakune.
An epic Ragna.
Some idiotic Litchi or Hazama player. More like S- tier.
A cool Carl/Taokaka/Rachel player.
Some awful Ragna/Lambchops player. This guy I am loathe to put in S tier, but I guess he makes the cut. Just barely.

also @ Arthur, you say you're S tier and so good and so forth, but 1st off u live in alaska. 2nd you've gotten nowhere with the games uve played. see, actual competitve gamers have proof of wins, IE a sweet truck or half their college education paid, or maybe a rly good laptop. Didnt ken and/or Daigo win like 50 grand or something like that in a single tournament? or mango 5K? wut complexity red 10K?

you've been playing video games competitive for how long? and what exactly have u won? just sayin brah, next time have actual background before trash talkin. bt i SUPPOSE that team is good enough for alaska. XD

sure, i got me own play im renting with some friends, already had mattnumbers come up here for a day, lol


also, i talked witht he even organiser, and the tourny is most likely gonna be smash 64 due to the old school feeling there trying to go for.

also, im helping them with setups and trying to get the tourny rule set up to standerds.
theres also gonna be some form of prizes and prolly no entry fee, even if there will be one its gonna be negligable.

crouch canceling at low percents, sheilding (and shining out of it, preferably<--godmode), spacing SHFFL'd Bairs, wavelanding to mix up peoples spacing, getting around the stage fast with platform cancels with phantasm, LASERING LOL, and ya ur right, when he is near/off the edge, there aint much he can do, but theres a hell of a lot more he can do to avoid it.

I was insulting the state of Blaz up here. Myself included. Duh. I read what I posted and all I see is me mocking how great BlazBlue is up here. Not how good I am or anything. Because I'm not. Although of course I hope to be. I wouldn't be hardcore into anything if I thought I'd be stuck in Alaska tier for life.

I don't know why you would try to compare me to people like Daigo or Mango. I know they are a billion times better then me. Oh really. I don't think I've attempted to say otherwise. I'm not an idiot.

Even in comparison to U.S Blaz players I'm lackluster. Surprise surprise. Of which I've gotta remind everyone, for the most part you shouldn't use "good" and "U.S Blaz player" in the same sentence. Just doesn't feel right.

And if you want to look at my results or whatever I'm sure I have more wins overall then anyone else in the current smash community up here. And I would have some Blaz wins if Hatedrive wasn't here. Uh, maybe. I probably wouldn't be anywhere near where I am now if it weren't for him.

the easiest way out of alaska tier is to just play tech skill heavy games like i did, CounterStrike and Starcraft doesnt require brains, just fast fingers.
