i got some recording down.
made good use of my tv walker =]

regards for my sake:

my opponent in these videos is number 1 on British Columbia power rankings.
I got from noob to where i am by playing him often.
this also means that he knows my mewtwo inside out ._."

i do have videos of me winning against other people,
but i decided to keep those sluggish and less proffesional videos out of these boards.

since these are all
loosing
matches, im sry if i disappoint you

I'd rather see you vs. good opponents than crap opponents anyway, even if you lose some matches. And since you're fighting top/mid tiers with Mewtwo, of course you won't win every match, especially if they're better players than you...

How come we never talk Airo?
Anyway, that is a pretty sweet Mewtwo, and keeping up with Eric is good enough for anyone in my books. Umm I don't know much about Mewtwo, but I guess I know more about strategies.

First against Eric's Falco:
Yeah it is pretty hard to avoid the lasers, but when he comes at you, can't you do like down+b? I'm not a Mewtwo guy, so I don't know if you have time to do that. Also can you do a DJC fair? Maybe I need to play Mewtwo so I can find out lol.

Against Fox:
I noticed you taking quite a bit of laser damage, and mostly because you just were wavedashing back and forward, I don't know if it was worth the damage though. Otherwise I am not too sure how to play Foxes, but I did notice some of Eric's bad habits lol.

Sorry if this wasn't that much of a help, I usually can't help that much when watching videos, but in real life if we play, then for sure.

Some excellent videos. Yeah, sometimes we lose, sometimes we win, don't think much on it. Seeing you against an opponent of skill is much more valuable than seeing you against some guy who has no clue.

Your Mewtwo is always extremely enjoyable to watch and you usually have some very interesting strategies. Keep up the good work.

It is natural to get a little bit nervous, especially during an extremely intense match. My bet is that if you can keep your cool, you will do significantly better against that guy. Don't hesitate. When being shot by lasers of any sort, the longer you wait, the more likely you are to receive damage. Decide what you are going to do and go through with it. Don't be caught between a Falco and a hard place deciding what to do next.

Peace.

Blunted_Object isn't number 1 currently tbqh.

Oh yeah, and it's Blunted_Object >_>

But yes, good matches imo. Finally we get someone who can actually upload videos in a timely fashion. Why aren't you getting some of the match tapes?

Can't help you with Mewtwo though lol.

I only watched the cfalc vids so far, mostly cause that's my favorite match up and that's where, in my opinion, mewtwo can really shine.

First, you played very well overall. You made some really nice teleport choices, used the ftilt well, and also you were able to space and fake out your opponent pretty well with your wavedashes.

Second, the stuff you need to work on. Some of you move choices were kind of weird, like the fsmash. Its so slow, has extremely poor knock back if you don't hit it right, and the down smash is better in almost all ways. Another thing is that I know the whole like uair through the stage is pretty cool and not too shabby. But really, it should maybe only be used once when you're coming back, not after you grab the ledge. Mainly because it's so **** dangerous, like that time cfalc spiked you when you did it. And even if you do pull it off and hit him..... big deal... 13 percent with no combo set up. It's just not worth it. Uhh another thing you really need to work on is perfect wavedashing, because I know for a matter of fact cfalc can be 100% successfuly techchased if he DI's away and techs away from you after a dthrow. But in your case you weren't able to catch him because of the short wavedashes.

Anyways keep up the good work. And P.S. I always like what you have to say best in M2 discussions. Just thought I'd mention that.

good matches dude

im prolly just being nit picky cause i like to think that im the best at everything, but it seemed to me like you were moving a little slow, which is all good cause it seems to work for you, but i like to be more of an in yer face player i guess.

...i should get some matches up too

Falco; :o confuse the evil lasers, see what happens (well yeah I know they won't hit falco, but still it looks funny) Um... when you roll out of shield backwards cuz you can't grab, you might want to switch it up with full jump nair (fast fall for sweet spot at end) to make the opponent at least put up the shield!

to pdiz:

against falcon and my edgeguard -
when i dsmash, even if i space carefully, i am fairly close to the ledge and i feel like i am in his upB grab range . thats what happened, i keep getting grabbed by his UpB because he chose to try grab me instead of going for sweetspot. after few matches, decided that fsmash has a nice chance of hitting when he chooses not to sweetspot.

so really its 50/50 chance to hit depending on whether he chooses to sweetspot or not.

also, half of the edgeguards in falcon matches could have been kills if i chose to edgeHOG. =/ (im stupid)

i dont have much falcon experience so i didnt have good edgeguard and move choices against him. i have lots of learn about falcon vs mewtwo matchups.

i recovered against falcon with upair spams because im scared of him when he gets up close edgeguarding me. =p and my upair generally has longer range than his dair. i only feel safe to come back up on stage when hes away from stage.

and about my wavedash, ive been fiddling with other characters alot (cause mewtwo is giving me headaches) and so every few matches, my wavedash looses its perfection. if you look at my fox matches, most of my wavedashes are perfect wavedashes. ><"

quak: yeah i move slower in matches, i try to be more careful x.x''
im intimidated in that way =p

and

thankyou all for your comments.

Gamepro: eric, john and ryab's positions on PR always fluctuates ._." they all tie for first.

Finally I got to see the vids...Very entertaining to say the least. You have great speed and accuracy. Only thing I can tell you is to play a little more careful when fighting Fox. One mistake and it'll be hard to bounce back. Like Dark Dragon said, you were taking a hefty load of damage from lasers, try to avoid it or light shield them. Oh, and toss a baby Shadow Ball once in a while, they'll help out slowing them down. Good mathes overall, record some more =]

you have some nice moves...but you need bring that out more to challenge good human opponents that might be slightly or better than you. Your mewtwo will then grow potential and you will know your oppenents more the next time you go up against them same goes for them so be alert.
