Air-Comboing

I've been attempting to pull off air combos, like utilt into uair into fair(usually do utilt into thunder but wanted to switch it up a bit), but I almost never land more than two hits. In the air especially because of air dodging and di. I also haven't really found a use for uair. I can hit with it once for the initial 7%, but after that I have trouble following up with another attack so it feels like a fair or dair would have been better. I'm pretty new to chaining off aerials so that could be why. It's so tough to get the hang of, but Anther makes juggling look so easy... :chuckle:

Any tips from experienced pikachu players on how to air-combo? Any help is appreciated!

i think the problem you are experiencing is the timing of your air combo, if you chase them instantly after u hit them the first time, they will expect you to come after them, just wait like 1 second to throw off their prediction of when you are going for the second hit, and probably juggle them more with the up aerial. air combo don't have to be you hitting them in the air. you can be on the ground and wait for them to land to knock them back in the air, perfect move for that is the down smash, and up smash or side smash will work too. that way u don't just thunder to finish, cause that is pretty hard to hit if your enemy is smart with side step and DI.

I can pull of a quacked uair to fair and then catch them with part of a bair or fsmash. On a marth btw. For the most part i have trouble with it too. I usually just try Uair juggles and they work on for the most part
