Just curious. Apex, ROM, all apply here.

What? Like there's a limit on how old you can be? Yeah there is, if you are a senior you aren't allowed to play smash, that's just how it is. Or do you mean being too young? There also is, you need to be 21 to play smash because it can get you drunk.

Serious answer: No, there are no age requirements or limits. It doesn't matter how old you are. Some people might not respect you, there was a thread on it in the melee general discussion with most people saying that they do not care about age, as long as the player is respectful.

There's no age limit on Smash. Going to a big event like Apex, you might want adult supervision of some kind because those events can get quite hectic.

This makes me wonder what MLG and Evo have for age restrictions. I would not be surprised if under 18 requires a parental sign-off or adult supervision.

Good to know! I was planning to go to an upcoming tourney in my state.

We had a 10? year old kid come to a local house tournament here in Michigan. His mom came with him and it was really awkward because of all of the broccoli and alcohol and sailor-talk... and the dildo hat...

So just keep in mind, house tournaments are probably gonna be a little more rowdy than a traditional tournament and there might be some stuff that kids don't need to hear or see. In the end, though, it's all about respect and responsibility.
