Toss Cross Poison for Aerial Ace; better coverage. Taunt would also do well in place of Mean Look. Focus Sash > Razor Fang IMO

Looks good.

Gliscor *Scorpio* @Wisdom Glasses/Life Orb

Mine too. Why does it have Wise Glasses?

Interesting switch-up on the support move.

Crit monster, eh? Roost and HP Fighting IMO.

Chuck Iron Head for Metal Claw (TechSTAB), Quick Attack (TechSD ownage), or Brick Break (coverage). Leftovers ftw

Enjoy!

It's alright. Needs a little more type coverage. Since most of the team gets ***** by SR, use Claydol instead of Gliscor. It floats, it can Spin, and it can go BOOM!!!!!

I give it a
8.1/10, cause theme teams rock...

-IC3R, out...

Not that it matters, but I'm the Flying leader at smogon, so I can really help you out with this team.
First off, there's one problem with Flying mono: that would be Stealth Rock.
There are only two Fliers in the entire game that resist Stealth rock: that would be Skarmory and Gliscor. Zapdos makes a good fit onto the team also: it has a needed electric neutrality. Jumpluff can be used for the same reason.
Ice is a harder type to cover for: possibly Articuno, Moltres, Mantine, Gyarados: there isn't a lot you can do for flying mono team, it's choices are very limited.
Now, you need something fast as your starter with either Taunt or some sleep move: two good examples would be Aerodactyl(with a Focus Sash and Taunt) and Jumpluff(with Sleep Powder). If need be, add a Choice Scarf so you can DEFINATELY stop the opponent from laying down a Stealth Rock.
In case you CAN'T stop the opponent from laying it down, there is one solution: Delibird. By give it Roost, some Defense EVs, and Vital Spirit, it can stay in the game for a while if you play your cards right. I believe he also has access to light Screen, but you'd be better off with Articuno for that. the only reason I say use Delibird because it is the ONLY flying type with Rapid Spin. You could also make it a Choice Bander(with Hustle) and give it rapid Spin: but without any way to recover, you need to switch him in on the turn they Stealth Rock.
For powerhouses, the flying types are not short of them: they have Special hitters such as Salamence and Togekiss, and Physical ones such as swellow and Dragonite.
Now that I'm done with the monolougue(SP?), let me rate your team:
Intresting Crobat, maybe Focus Sash or Wide Lens.
Specszard is an inferior Salamence: it may have an ice neutrality, but salamenxce is more powerful and has an electric neutrality.
Gliscor wants Rock Polish.
Togekiss is.... OK, but with that kind of set you may want to opt for more Speed.
Does Honcrow get Night Slash.
Scizor wants leftovers and Roost.
Good luck with this team =D
