Adventure mode maker (just a crazy dream)

OK! This is just something really crazy I dreamt:
A section where you could make an adventure mode like the one in Soul Calibur II, write down the story, set up the fights, the characters, the rules, the stages, the map, the paths... And then share it online.
I'm sorry if I opened a whole thread for this but I just can't find back the dream thread.

Well... When I was young I dreamt of an anthro version of Lassie. And two of them came out:

It would be really cool, especially if you could use custom stages build in stage creator. And if you could alter opponents attributes like giant, metal, custom moves, etc.
