what are advanced slobs?
i thought slobs were when you lose you get to pick your character last but i dunno what advanced slobs are.

Round 1 = Chosen Characters; Neutral stage
Round 2 = Loser picks stage, winner picks character, loser picks character
Round 3 = Loser picks stage, winner picks character, loser picks character

for your counterpick can you pick a neutral stage?

Yes.

Some tournaments have a rule that prevents a stage from being played on more than once in a set. This would keep you from counterpicking what was the random stage. Still, neutrals are typically allowed as counterpicks.
