According to Brawl Central's Whobby update, Adeline(from Kirby 64) has been confirmed to appear in the game as an Assist Trophy.

Having rented and played that particular game, she paints enemies and objects on her canvas, which jump out and attack you. When she runs out of ideas, she charges at you while swinging her paintbrush.

Well, there is a similar-looking painter called Ado in Kirby's Dream Land 3. That one is a guy.

What wow, I seriously always thought that was a he playing through Crystal Shards.

Like the fairy is a girl and the painter is a guy, that is what I thought + thats kind of even that way boy+girl.
