Adding character to Project M 3.02

i wanna know how or where i can find characters to add into my roster (i searching a lot of Dragon Ball characters too) if you have any tips tell me thanks in advance

I don't know if this is agaist the rules but, you can check in Brawl Vault :D, is the page where all of the Brawl hacks are uploaded.
