OK, so I just switched my control scheme up. I'm using L for jump now, since I learned that the spring mod is actually legal. I got the idea from elheber.

I'm having one problem though. Since I can use the C-stick now for aerials, I do, because its more precise. However, I have problems fastfalling dairs when I don't want to. Is there a way, aside from not dairing at the top of a jump, to keep from doing this?

Don't change C-sticks to TIlts, Luigi sucks with it, but thatz just my opinion ofc.

U could get used to it, and time it right, I did

Tilting the Analog Down before performing any dAirs (via either A Button or C-Stick) will stop you from FFing.

Yeah, it's annoying. It's like having to learn another tech.

I set my C-Stick to tilts mainly because I have trouble doing them... Only thing wrong that I've experienced, and my competitors here may have noticed, is that when I'm consecutively U-Tilting, I might short hop out of nowhere. I always react by doing a late N-Air. It's annoying. I mean, I made my C-Stick tilts. NOT JUMP. DANG YOU.

So I suggest that if you want an easy way out, use C-Stick for tilts.

Anyway, I go this info from samurai panda.

Who said something like, "there's only one legal controller mod, and it's VERY legal, removing springs from your shoulder buttons" And I was like "WTF SERIOUSL:Y!?"

It might sound a little pointless, but using a Trigger or Shoulder Button to Jump opens up a few abilities and ATs. Not to mention the benefit for people who have Tap Jump off and want to keep their aerial game competitive. The Y to the C-Stick is a long way for the thumb to travel.

Using the control scheme that suits you best seems.....completely reasonable.

Also, you seem like a troll.

Also, I bring my triwing to every tournament, just in case someone wants to *****. Or if someone just can't find a triwing.
