about tlinks dair

i know that if you dont get hit you fall straight down extremely quickly, and if you do get hit you fall straight pretty slowly, anybody know how to just stay in the air while doing dair? i did it a couple times during games but i dont know how

1. Get hit upwards.
2. Use your second jump.
3. Before you hit the peak of your second jump, dair.
