About 12/15, if there's spoiler(s)

If the rumors about the 15th are true, then I am looking forward to it. But, I am worried about how many characters they will reveal. If they reveal any unlockable characters, someone, more likely than not, will make spoilers on the forums. I don't want this to happen, so is this being dealt with???

Sakurai's already revealing unlockables. I believe he mentioned so in his journal back on the old Japanese DOJO. Besides, Snake and Sonic are up, and 3rd-party characters are unlockable...

Let's say, even if it's dealt with, someone's going to put in the title of a thread, "OMG, OLIMAR'S CONFIRMED!"

He said he's going to reveal unlockables, yes. He didn't say he would before the game comes out.

And yeah, Sonic and Snake'll be unlockable.

I wouldn't worry too much about them revealing all the characters. I have a feeling that they were just pulling our strings and will simply have a few sentences on each character already on the Dojo, with a new screenshot here and there if we're lucky. And as for avoiding spoilers, I'd advise visiting the blog on December 15th over the forums. If there are spoilers, then I believe the blog will warn of that fact before you continue reading the article. And if you want to avoid spoilers (assuming there are any), I suggest cutting off all connections from gaming forums and waiting at least 3-5 days before visiting major gaming news sites. But good luck trying to do that.
