Smash the Targets for Board the Platforms
I loved board the platforms in the original Super Smash and was disappointed when they weren't in Melee.

Frigate Orpheon for Hyrule Temple 64
It was my favorite stage and the cyclones were awesome.

Brinstar for that one Metroid stage in original Super Smash
It looked better.

Rainbow Ride for World 1-1
It would be a slow scrolling stage that looks exactly like world 1-1 for Super Mario Bros. All the ? blocks would drop items and it would be better than the Mushroom Kindom stages.

Banana Peel for Ocarina of Time
It would slow down time for everyone else while allowing you to keep moving normally and Ocarina of Time was the best selling Zelda game.
