Captain Rage Quit 69
LASERS
So, let's get this settled. I believe that for every newcomer included in Smash 4, they will have a new stage representing their series.
First, there's the Villager. He comes with the stage Town and City on Wii U, and Tortimer Island on 3DS.
Next is Mega Man. His stage on Wii U is Wily Castle.
Then there's Wii Fit Trainer. Her stage on Wii U is the Wii Fit Studio.
Up next is Rosalina and Luma. She technically gets to share the new Mario stages with the other Mario characters, but what can be called her "home stage" is the Mario Galaxy stage.
Little Mac is revealed later. He gets the Boxing Ring, which not only appears in both the Wii U and 3DS versions of Smash 4, but is shared with the Smash universe thanks to a different look.
Finally, our most recent newcomer comes in the form of Greninja. Wait, that's not it.There we go. Both new Pokémon stages revealed so far (Wii U's Kalos Pokémon League and 3DS's Prism Tower) come from the X and Y games, where Greninja debuted.
As I have demonstrated, each newcomer in Smash 4 gets a stage associated with them, even if they are part of a veteran universe (as is the case with Rosalina and Greninja.) I wanted to make this thread to point out this trend to others, so that stage reveals can be a bit more exciting and to open up speculation about potential new stages as well as characters. Personally, I think we can expect a lot of new stages from both veteran and newcomer universes, which is an exciting prospect.
So, what do you guys think? Is this an interesting and sound theory? Is there something you wish to disagree with? Do you think I suck and want to tell me how bad I am with making threads? Please, let's speculate on the idea of newcomer character+stage combos, yes? I've even added a poll, though I hope people can discuss their beliefs in a civil manner that won't lead to digressions.
I do wish there are more 3DS stages to support this, though.
