A strange *paid* request

I am looking for a (pencil and paper, preferably) artist that could make me a particular image. I was inspired by this picture:

The thing is, I LOVE Captain Falcon, and I main (and I am one of the best, so your art will be seen a lot lol) Captain Olimar. I racked my brain thinking of some way to make a picture that represents the two better, and I got it.

I want Olimar, and just Olimar, using the Knee.

Any sort of image will do. It's your picture, so you can run wild. All I *really* want is Olimar using the Knee on someone, complete with lightning, maybe as Pikmin are on the ground just watching in awe.

Things I would prefer:
-if the character getting kneed was Meta Knight
-if there was *lots* of lightning or something really cool/badass happening in the background
-if during the course of your planning/drawing you kept in contact with me

I'm willing to pay up to 15 dollars over paypal for this image. If multiple people want to try their hand, I'll figure something out. Any takers?

May i use a tablet to do this?
It's just like drawing only not on pen and paper.
If I'm not mistaken that picture in your post was drawn using a tablet.

Yeah, of course. I highly recommend anybody who takes it upon themselves to try at least makes an outline before coloring or something, I don't really know the artistic process, to let me see, because of course I'm not gonna drop cash on something that I think looks like crap :-\
