A Simple 16 Man Tourney(It's my first one)!

Welcome to the tourney I am hosting. I hope that it will be an enjoyable experience for all. The matches will be played with 3 stocks. Best 2/3 moves on to the next round. There is no time limit, and items are off.

Rules
1.When entering, use the form.
2.You can use any three characters you choose.
3.The characters you pick will be used in the order you pick them.
4.You can choose the same character 3 times if you want.
5.All fights shall be one on one
6.Counter-Picking stages IS allowed. The only stage that CANT be used is Battlefield.
7.No Spamming. I dont care if getting around it makes you better. Pros dont usually spam.
8.Chain-Grabbing, Spiking, Gimping, DACUS are all allowed.
9.No running around the stage, you have to fight. Camping is an exception.
10.Laggers will be DQ. I'm sorry but people hate laggy matches.
11.People can spectate as long as they suicide before any damage is done, they dont cause damage, and they dont lag.

What I was thinking was that you would play a person with your first character, win or lose you both switch to your next character. Considering it is a tie, you procede to using your third character. So basically dont expect to see your third character often.
Any more questions?
