Right, so the first rating this team has had.

Medicham (♀) @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Pure Power
EVs: 18 HP/252 Atk/240 Spd
Adamant nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Hi Jump Kick
- Ice Punch
- Psycho Cut
- Thunderpunch
---
Gengar (♀) @ Choice Scarf

- Hidden Power [Fire]
- Energy Ball
- Thunderbolt
---
Donphan (♂) @ Leftovers
Ability: Sturdy
EVs: 224 HP/68 Atk/216 Def
Relaxed nature (+Def, -Spd)
- Earthquake
- Ice Shard
- Stealth Rock
- Roar
---
Miltank (♀) @ Leftovers
Ability: Scrappy
EVs: 212 HP/30 Atk/252 Def/16 Spd
Impish nature (+Def, -SAtk)
- Heal Bell
- Milk Drink
- Body Slam
- Hammer Arm
---
Umbreon (♂) @ Leftovers
Ability: Synchronize
EVs: 212 HP/60 Def/236 SDef
Relaxed nature (+Def, -Spd)
- Baton Pass
- Mean Look
- Wish
- Yawn
---
Heatran (♀) @ Life Orb
Ability: Flash Fire
EVs: 36 Atk/188 Spd/186 SAtk/100 SDef
Hasty nature (+Spd, -Def)
- Earth Power
- Dark Pulse

---

The EVs aren't totally random, but not fully calculated either. Like, I gave Heatran some Sp. Def. EVs to be able to absorb...some special hits. Like from boosted T-bolts or other random Grass or Ice stuff.

Anyway, I'm not going to explain too much; I guess if it's not obvious then it needs to be fixed. So, yep, rate away. :)

Trust mii. Use Brick Break over Hi Jump Kick.

Gengar (♀) @ Choice Scarf

Good.

Donphan (♂) @ Leftovers

I'd use Thunder Wave over Hammer Arm.

Umbreon (♂) @ Leftovers
Ability: Synchronize
EVs: 212 HP/60 Def/236 SDef
Relaxed nature (+Def, -Spd)
- Baton Pass
- Mean Look

You gotta love this thing.

Heatran (♀) @ Life Orb
Ability: Flash Fire
EVs: 36 Atk/188 Spd/186 SAtk/100 SDef

But Heatran 4x resists Grass and Ice...

This team doesn't look that poor.

Brick break. As fragile as medicham is, you don't want him missing. Especially if he hurts himself when he misses. Medicham badly wants to be able to learn close combat.

Gengar (♀) @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 4 HP/252 Spd/252 SAtk
Modest nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
- Shadow Ball
- Hidden Power [Fire]
- Energy Ball

Good type coverage, but you've already got a scarfer. Switch to a life orb, and go with timid over modest.
---
Donphan (♂) @ Leftovers
Ability: Sturdy
EVs: 224 HP/68 Atk/216 Def
Relaxed nature (+Def, -Spd)
- Earthquake
- Ice Shard
- Stealth Rock
- Roar

Okay.
---
Miltank (♀) @ Leftovers
Ability: Scrappy
EVs: 212 HP/30 Atk/252 Def/16 Spd
Impish nature (+Def, -SAtk)
- Heal Bell
- Milk Drink
- Body Slam
- Hammer Arm

Ah miltank... personally I prefer snorlax or blissey, depending on whether you want to sweep or support.
---
Umbreon (♂) @ Leftovers
Ability: Synchronize
EVs: 212 HP/60 Def/236 SDef
Relaxed nature (+Def, -Spd)
- Baton Pass
- Mean Look
- Wish
- Yawn

Good. Annoying.
---
Heatran (♀) @ Life Orb

EVs: 36 Atk/188 Spd/186 SAtk/100 SDef
Hasty nature (+Spd, -Def)
- Earth Power
- Dark Pulse

Good, but heatran has too many resistances to really wall very much.

That's what Yawn is for. Switch in Umbreon, Yawn on the switch as the bring in their counter, and either it forces another switch which is Mean Look'd or the counter falls asleep. I've played plenty of games where they bring in Infernape or Hera or something that Close Combats as I switch in Gengar.

I don't know. It is more fragile than Cress and obviously can't attack but I wanted to fool around with it.

CS Gengar seems like overkill, but it outspeeds a bunch of DD pokes, often with two DDs. I guess I shouldn't let them get that far anyway, though...

your opponents are not very talented. To present an umbreon in front of your opponent says "free turn" all over. Yawn also says "it's ok, try again". Yawn is not a good move, and neither is sub 170 speed. Smogon standards are often bad, don't use them.

the best way to use umbreon is to assume no one will attack you, but instead set-up on you, save heracross. umbreon needs to be fast to avoid BS and to be offensive. I cannot post my signature Umbreon set but you get the idea.

Dude What The Hell Why Don't You Have Rapid Spin On Donphan?! He's One Of The Best Spinners In The Game Seriously You Fail. Umbreon Is Crap. Setup Fodder.

you're gonna def need a spinner, so i'd replace roar on donphan with rapid spin

you could replace heatran with tentacruel

tentacruel can take special attacks pretty well, and he can knock-off, rapid spin, and haze, but he can't rapid spin and knock-off on the same moveset, so a tentacruel moveset could look like

Surf
Rapid Spin
Haze
Toxic Spikes

and with spikes make him even more annoying

Brick break = no self KOing

---
Gengar (♀) @ Life Orb
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 4 HP/252 Spd/252 SAtk
Timid nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Shadow Ball
- Hidden Power [Fire] / Energy Ball
- Thunderbolt
- Destiny Bond
A Scarf Gengar? Gengar is powerful and all, but could use some help with OHKOing things. Destiny Bond destroys that last pokemon, usually best saved for kinds like Blissey.

---
Donphan (♂) @ Leftovers
Ability: Sturdy
EVs: 224 HP/68 Atk/216 Def
Relaxed nature (+Def, -Spd)
- Earthquake
- Ice Shard
- Stealth Rock
- Roar
So far, so standard

---
Miltank (♀) @ Leftovers
Ability: Scrappy
EVs: 212 HP/30 Atk/252 Def/16 Spd
Impish nature (+Def, -SAtk)
- Heal Bell
- Milk Drink
- Body Slam
- Hammer Arm
And here we have our first unusual poke. I haven't seen many Miltanks this generation at all, but I doubt she can handle the attacks she used to. Because of this, I'd recommend Thunderwave over either Heal Bell or Hammer Arm so you don't get nailed by sweepers, but watch out for Garchomp and Electivire

---
Umbreon (♂) @ Leftovers
Ability: Synchronize
EVs: 212 HP/60 Def/236 SDef
Relaxed nature (+Def, -Spd)
- Baton Pass
- Mean Look
- Wish
- Yawn
This pokemon seems like a waste of space. If you need a good Wish passer use Vaporeon, maybe even Togekiss. This Umbreon does nothing more than just take up turns

---
Heatran (♀) @ Life Orb
Ability: Flash Fire
EVs: 36 Atk/188 Spd/186 SAtk/100 SDef
Hasty nature (+Spd, -Def)
- Earth Power
- Dark Pulse
- Explosion
- Fire Blast
Good, but for something as semibulky as this, you might want to consider something like leftovers instead

Individual comments for pokemon above.

Overall, your pokemon (except for Umbreon) look good or ok individually, but as a team, they seem like they lack an objective. You had 2 scarfers, which would make you do a lot of switching which makes free damage from Stealth Rock and Spikes.

Also note, you have 3 pokemon that are weak against Fighting.

Rating: 7.2/10 Moderate
