At 0:15, I grenade drop and Ike hits it and sends me flying higher than him.

I perform my down air, striking him with the last hit sending him off the stage. I mortar slide to knock him back some more, and I end it with a forward air.

Unfortunately, this was done on a CPU Ike, seeing as I have no way of playing with other people 6 days a week. I know CPU's mean nothing and are bad to play around with.

Yeah, this really isn't that feasible against an opponent who isn't mindless. There are lots of holes in this were the person can DI, counter, use an attack, etc. It's really easy to get out of and extremely situational.
