If you're using a character with a counter this trick will help you get the first hit and possibly a one hit KO against Master Shadow. It's simple.
When he is forming in the air, simply jump up to him and use your counter move. Master Shadow will then use a jump attack activating your counter. Depending on what customizations you have, this counter blow could be the end of Master Shadow. (Critical Hit for example)
