A new way to get trophies?

In the donkey and diddy subspace video donkey throws a yellow/orange plate at a koopa. Then a koopa trophy falls from the air!?

Yeah, except if you look at the trophy, it's of a Hammer bro and not a koopa trooper....


I think that trophies may appear when you kill enemies or just spawn randomly...


The coin thing may have something to do with it...But it looked like a Hammer Bros trophy

That item looks like the base of a trophy, as well. So I'd assume it turns enemies into trophies, and that's how you collect the SSE enemy trophies, with this 'Capture Coin'.

Oh, I thought they just appeared randomly on the ground. Are you sure, or am I imagining things?

It may be possible that Sakurai has done away with coins and the trophy dispenser this time around in favor of getting trophies by doing certain actions in the game, like throwing something at a Koopa to get a Hammer Bros. trophy--wait, maybe it was just coincidence?

I just don't know any more.

the thing starts as a paratroopa but it looks like as there smacking it up it knocks the wings off of it. Then he throws the stand and a koopa trophy falls down.

I was beginning to think I was the only one who noticed that, and its definitely a koopa. Anyways I think it will be an interesting way to get trophies, however it leaves a question: how are you going to get a bosses trophy like Petey Pirahna? I doubt that bosses have little guys around the that drop those coin things
