i posted in the video stickie while you were posting this.
bair to rest is very possible in 100%
if you want to show innovation i would suggest doing combos that are impossible/very hard at the original.
i will not get into too much depth about it, but saying that 50% is more balanced is kinda off.
well, it is a lot off, 50% breaks a lot of stuff, like chain throws and the such.
i would not recommend it to anyone, but if you are enjoying it, more power to you.

I just need players to come over for some friendlies.
And to start on this project.
I'll go in depth on the arguments that people have posted against this format and explain why they aren't broken.

chain throws are broken to say the least. you can say not to allow them or something like that, does not mean they do not exist.
i think you should view it as this, you can only control the technical part, i mean the percent and such, you cannot control the players.
just my 2 cents (and we do not even use cents where i live).

I like playing on Planet Zebes with 1 handicap. doesn't really change anything if your both at 1, and then the acid is deadly no matter what you do. Makes the game intense. How does low damage punish players who can't handle the stage they are fighting in? Punish or sooth?
