you need to be faster.
you dident fastfall a lot
and you flubed some easy techs.
other than that it was okay
My friend CAN play faster, can chase techs, and he CHOSE not to fast fall. My friend does VERY well vs samus, and his style would work very well vs any samus, especially a more defensive one like mine.

I'd actually go so far as to say he's one of the best samus slayers around, after Isai of course *bows down*

Ur judging him on a match up that you don't seem to know very well. Why am I assuming this? because you are calling out non existent mistakes, when he is playing the "vs Samus" game to near perfection.

lol err..kuger magnum..you need to wake up out of your dream world.

EDIT: I say this because you act like you are flawless and no one can tell you different.
You even say you're second to isai of all people and your game is nearly at perfection, well you have a heck of a long way to go. No one is perfect, we all have room for improvement.

don't listen to bluedeath and rage. they don't know what they're talking about.

this falcon is pretty darn good. how long have you been playing falcon, fab? also, welcome to smashboards. i can't critique much. quite frankly, you're better than me at playing against samus. all i can say is keep it up, and don't miss knees.

You aren't bad falcon but really don't let it go to your head..you made alot of mistakes. You were far too slow in your approaches and for the most part, the pressure stayed off. Your approaches were predictable, falcon really needs to surprise his foes to get a combo started. The dair is an excellent combo starter, you seemed to rely more on the nair when it should be the comboing tool, not the starter. Alot of your attacks were really inaccurate, try to get your aim up.

Kuger, your samus needs work, alot of it so really don't go mouthing off. You need to grab more, especially with the way the falcon turtled in his shield. Your ccing game could use work, try to charge that beam up and mindgame it into a kill. You really need to gimp falcon's recovery, thats his biggest weakness.

and I, good sir, do know what I am talking about.

Why should I believe that you know what you are talking about? I've never heard of you, i know you aren't an established pro.

Neither am I, but then, aren't we in the same boat?

yes, you think you do. and you're certainly going about it in a scrubby way, because the advice you're giving is poor. he's not using nair as a comboing tool, he's using it for pressure, which is its main purpose unless you're darkrain and every nair is a combo starter. he's not darkrain, so he made up his own setups. his approaches may have been predictable, but he used them in situations that samus would be forced to put up a shield or attempt something which would lose in priority. falcon spaced her very well and set up well spaced attacks and fsmashes. true though, that kuger's samus wasn't perfect. decent, at best. but i respect him for being humble and rational.

bluedeath, i bet you'd be very critical of silentspectre's style. he focuses on footwork and manipulation, and he at times he looks like he plays VERY slow. but his falcon is ingenious, with lots of full jumps, moonwalks, and smash attacks. just because he doesn't live up to the way YOU start combos with falcon doesn't mean he's flawed. you're watching the videos and expecting to see something from the falcon which you don't see, and therefore nitpicking flaws that don't really exist.

as for me.. i think i'm in the right. HugS himself said he's a good counter samus, so i stick to where i stand.

Yeah your falcon is pretty good. The biggest problem I saw is that you seemed to be rediculously risky at some points.

A lot of people said some things that weren't very helpfull though. Like telling you that you are slow. Thats a load of crap.

about knee spamming: it's legit on samus because she can CC everything else. it's also one of the best ways to get inside her.

edit: er, that sounded wrong.... more like, "to penetrate her defenses"
