I can't really say anything as a fact, but this surely can't happen since there must be hitboxes on the top of the tornado...

If you're positive about this then I could give it a special mention, as it is the only ranged attack that can come down vertically (apart from a few explosives which can't be blocked anyway).

I've hit plenty of Mk's with and egg throw and it hurts them. I have no idea where you get this info.
