A good secondary for sheik?

Hey guys, so I've been playing Sheik for a while now and I've gotten pretty comfortable with her. I'm looking to pick up a secondary (or maybe even a 3rd) for matchup reasons. I practiced Fox a bit to just help me become better in general. In terms of matchups... I have a very hard time against Puff and IC's. Spacies I sometimes have trouble against, but it's definitely tolerable and I think that's just more of me as a player than anything. So with this in mind, which character should I pick up?

Some say that players shouldn't play secondaries but focus solely on their mains. They're are only as good as their highest ceilings. Dividing skill among characters lowers ceilings. If you play a tournament viable 8 character, you'll be fine with this ideology

Popular opinion is that Fox wins against Jigglypuff. I don't know what the match up between Fox and Ice Climbers, but since you already have some familiarity with him, why not make him your secondary? Don't just pick a character just because it has good match ups against your difficult characters. You need to consider your compatibility for playing as other characters

I'm just trying to get ideas so I can test characters and see how I feel with them. I just want ideas so I can kind of choose from them and make my way around.

Fox, Marth, and Peach are all common secondaries for Sheiks from what I've seen. Peach doesn't really do that great against Jiggs, but over time your Sheik should develop well enough to handle them. Otherwise, they cover the MUs well. You should learn how to competently play bad MUs anyhow, in case you get CPed unexpectedly.

A spacie is generally a good secondary, especially to a puff player or other slow character.

I know this sounds weird, but Samus is actually a great secondary for Sheik. Reasonably counters defensive spacies and hard counters ICs, which are probably Sheik's hardest matchup imo. She still loses to Puff but I honestly think that matchup isn't that hard

I think Young Link does about as well as Sheik against Jigglypuff, Peach, and Ice Climbers.

With that said, only have a secondary if you enjoy it -- you should be able to do any matchup on any stage with your main confidently.

How could you ever secondary Fox? He's better than your main and requires more practice/work, just seems weird
(and I dont mean YOU specifically I just mean in general

Marth or a Spacie, those are your best bets to cover the match ups that sheik has trouble with, which comes out to a grand total of 2. IC's and Fox.
