Umm, yeah this is almost SCARY about how much technology has advanced. If this works out like it SHOULD (*cough* not like Lifeline *cough*) then this would be a milestone in video gaming.
To me this seems like a gigantic version of "Hey you Pikachu!", only there is no Pokemon, and the person you talk to is a boy named Milo. In this "game" (if that's what you want to call it
) you basiclly talk to this British kid named Milo. According to the video, Milo can sense emotions and actions. He's meant to be "a virtual human"
So what do I think of this? Well first off this game seems targated towards those who need a friend (real or not real). I just can't wait to spend a whole Saturday afternoon hanging out with Milo! Really anyone that owns an Xbox 360 probably has GTA4, Halo 3, Burnout: Paradise, etc. and these all have Xbox Live so you can hang out with REAL people. Instead of Milo. This also seems like it will need a HDTV (which I don't have).
I can already see some of the conversations with Milo...
WoW Nerd- Hey, Milo. I just pwned this noob in World of Warcraft!!
Milo- Sorry I can't say that due to copyrights.
Pervert- Hey Milo! Ya wanna come to my house and do some uhh stuff?
Milo- Sir, you need to get a life.
Depressed Person- Life sucks.
Milo- It even sucks more if your only friend is in a video game and isn't real!
Anyway this seems like if it can be pulled of, Microsoft would have a huge advantage over the Wii and PS3.
So, what are your thoughs on this?
