1. Yes, these sites work. I know someone who got an iPod from one.
2. They suck and aren't worth it, and, if you're unlucky, you'll get one that's a scam.
3. This is blatant advertising, and this guy's probably being paid (or fulfilling certain conditions) for the site by posting here.
