Well if by being better you mean a better animated sig then i dont have one, but i have like 2 sigs that Hente made me that i find way better looking

Yes, ( I didn't make it but you can do that) just use multiple layers, save as .gif and then say loop or something like that....

These are my two favorite sigs i did not make
