Waste your time with a petition. This is all that will happen:
1. You will get 5 signatures at the most.
2. You will be flamed.
3. Pichu will still not be in Brawl. If he isn't in by now, it is too late to try to get him.
Don't buy the game. We don't care.

I would have to say PT b/c hes kind of the true representative for Pokemon, the Pokemon Trainer! It'll be interesting using him, I want to try him out.
