A bit nervous...

Whenever I go to a tournament, I'm always very nervous with my falco but can play comfortably my other characters. Falco is my best character as well but in tourny matches im too scared to shoot lasers because i think i might SD. any tips or recommendations?

more tournaments, that's all you need. Just get used to it and realize there's nothing to lose. Play for fun and stay relaxed.

Don't forget to practice lasers more too. I SD occasionally with Falco, in tournament or no, but then I just redouble my efforts and try harder, and if I can usually win against that player I still pull it out.

yea dude @_@ just practice lasers, and try to work on actually doing them instead of speed, if that is the problem :D

Falco is a very offensive character and you'll find you'll SD with him more than any other character. Just start recognizing when you can go on offense and when you should slow/back down on it.

At my first tourny, I was shivering a bit one my first match. Then again...they DID keep the temperature on like 60.. >_> But just relax. Don't try things that you know you haven't nearly perfected in tourny matches.

If the whole moving while lazering thing is causing SD's no matter what, try to just do stationary lazers.

Practice them until you can do full DI forward lasers, and full Di reverse alternating lasers. You won't side-b anymore.
